Prior to about a week ago I wasn’t even drinking a quarter of the amount of water I should consume in one day. However, in this past week I’ve had no problems getting in at least my 8 glasses and have probably been drinking more. I came across a similar article to one I’ll feature below and it completely changed the way I drink.
